OHAfrica supports a small team of Canadian health care professionals at the Tšepong Clinic in Lesotho. Based on the changing needs of the program, OHAfrica is looking for Canadian physicians and nurse practitioners, preferably with HIV experience and experience working in developing countries. Prospective volunteers should be interested in working alongside other Canadian and Basotho health care providers at the Tšepong Clinic to administer the district antiretroviral program and to provide training and support to local health care providers working in HIV care in Lesotho. Placement terms are a minimum of six months and are ideally 12-month terms. Occasionally the project also needs shorter-term locums.
